Privacy Policy
Originally effective: July 20, 2024
Last updated: August 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Work hours tracker - Timesheet (the "Application", "Timesheet") processes information when you use the Application. The Application is developed and operated by "Kanstantsin Markau" ("we", "us", or the "Service Provider").
For privacy-related questions or requests, you can contact us at: thoughtsafe.bonnstsmark@gmail.com
This Privacy Policy applies to the current version of Timesheet and, where specifically stated, to certain legacy versions that may still be installed on users' devices.
1. Informational Purpose and Calculation Disclaimer
Timesheet is a productivity and record-keeping tool intended to help users record working time, plan work schedules, organize work-related information and estimate earnings or other amounts based on information entered or configured by the user.
Any calculations, statistics, estimates, projections or other values displayed by Timesheet are provided for informational and reference purposes only.
Timesheet should not be relied upon as an official payroll statement, payslip, tax calculation, accounting record or determination of your legal entitlement to compensation. Actual salary, wages, bonuses, deductions, taxes, social contributions, overtime payments, allowances and other amounts may differ from values calculated or displayed by Timesheet.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not responsible for differences between amounts calculated or displayed by Timesheet and amounts actually paid, withheld, deducted, reported or otherwise determined by an employer, client, payroll provider, government authority or other third party.
2. Work Data Stored on Your Device
Timesheet allows you to enter and generate information related to your work and working time. This may include, for example:
- work records, dates, working hours and schedules;
- start and end times and breaks;
- rates and compensation-related information;
- bonuses, allowances, adjustments and deductions;
- user-created templates;
- other information created through Timesheet features.
This information is initially stored locally on your device. We do not have direct access to this locally stored information. Your work-related content is not sent to servers operated by us.
Depending on the features you use, some information may leave your device when:
- you use optional cloud backup or synchronization;
- you export and share a document;
- the Application sends product analytics or performance information;
- advertising services are used;
- an iOS subscription is purchased or managed;
- you contact us through the feedback form or email.
These situations are described in more detail below.
3. Cloud Backup and Synchronization
Timesheet allows you to optionally back up and restore your data using your personal Google Drive on Android or iCloud on iOS. Some Pro features on iOS may also automatically synchronize data through iCloud.
Backups may include work records, schedules, rates, earnings-related information, comments, templates, settings and other Timesheet data, including information needed to restore or synchronize previously deleted records.
Timesheet can access only the private cloud storage assigned to the Application and cannot access your other Google Drive or iCloud files. Cloud data is stored in your personal account and not on servers operated by us.
On Android, Google may provide basic account information when you connect your account. Timesheet uses only your email address to show which account is connected. On iOS, Timesheet does not receive your Apple Account information.
Timesheet currently does not provide an in-app option to delete all cloud data. You can manage it through your Google or Apple account settings.
4. Data Export
Timesheet allows you to create reports and documents in formats such as PDF, XLSX and HTML. These documents are generated locally on your device. Timesheet does not automatically upload exported documents to our servers. An exported document leaves the Application only when you choose to save or share it using your device's system sharing options.
Once you share a document with another application or service, that service's own privacy practices apply. You are responsible for choosing where exported documents are sent and for reviewing their contents before sharing them.
5. Usage, Analytics and Performance Information
Timesheet uses analytics and performance services to understand how the Application is used, evaluate and improve its features, identify technical problems and monitor Application performance.
Timesheet and the services used for these purposes may process information such as:
- interactions with the Application and its features;
- device and operating system information;
- Application version and language;
- general regional information;
- IP address and similar network information;
- anonymous or pseudonymous Application and device identifiers;
- performance measurements, timings and diagnostic information;
- technical counts, sizes, statuses and similar information needed to evaluate Application performance.
The specific analytics events and technical measurements may change as Timesheet functionality evolves. We do not send the contents of your work records or other work-related information you enter into Timesheet for analytics or performance monitoring purposes.
6. Advertising
Timesheet displays advertising on Android and iOS. Ads are removed for users with an applicable Timesheet Pro subscription. Current versions use CAS.AI (Clever Ads Solutions), which works with third-party advertising networks. Advertising services may process information such as:
- advertising and device identifiers;
- IP address;
- device, operating system and Application information;
- approximate or other location-related information;
- advertising impressions, clicks and interactions;
- usage and diagnostic information;
- other technical information required to request, display, measure and protect advertising.
Where required, you may be asked for consent to personalized advertising and tracking. If you refuse, advertising may still be shown, but tracking and personalization are restricted.
On iOS, tracking may also be subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission, which can be changed in iOS Settings.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
Timesheet offers Pro subscriptions on iOS. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Timesheet also uses RevenueCat to manage and verify subscription status. RevenueCat uses an anonymous identifier for this purpose.
Subscription services may process information such as the subscription product, purchase and transaction information, subscription status, expiration or renewal information and related technical information. We do not provide RevenueCat with your email address or the contents of your Timesheet work data. Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store.
8. Feedback and Support
You can contact us by email or through the feedback form provided using Tally. When you submit the feedback form, we may receive:
- your email address;
- your message, such as a question, suggestion or bug report;
- whether you use Android or iOS;
- your name, if you choose to provide it;
- device information;
- Application version;
- operating system version;
- up to three screenshots, if you choose to attach them.
When you open the feedback form directly from Timesheet, some technical information may be automatically added or prefilled to help us investigate problems. Some of these fields can be removed before submitting the form. We use this information to respond to your request, investigate reported problems, understand feedback and improve Timesheet.
Screenshots are submitted voluntarily and may contain information visible on your device. Please review screenshots before sending them and avoid sharing passwords, authentication codes, payment information or other sensitive information that you do not want to provide to us.

Timesheet relies on third-party services for functions including analytics, performance monitoring, advertising, cloud backup, subscriptions and support.

These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, configurations and legal obligations. Their data retention periods, storage locations and privacy practices may differ from ours.
10. Previously Used Services and Older Versions
Some users may continue to use older versions of Timesheet that include services no longer used in current versions. Previously used services:
- Appodeal (advertising mediation)
- Sentry (crash and error diagnostics)
- Google Forms (feedback and support)
We recommend using the latest version of Timesheet.
11. Data Retention
Data stored locally or in your personal Google Drive or iCloud remains there until deleted according to your device or cloud account settings. Third-party services retain analytics, advertising, subscription and other technical information according to their own policies and settings. Support submissions made through Tally and historical Google Forms submissions are currently stored without a fixed expiration period unless deleted manually or at your request.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, or request data portability. Timesheet does not store your work data on our servers, so we generally cannot access or delete data stored only on your device, Google Drive or iCloud.
For personal information that we control and can identify, you can submit a privacy request at thoughtsafe.bonnstsmark@gmail.com.
13. Legal Basis and International Processing
Where required by law, we process personal information based on your consent, the need to provide requested functionality, our legitimate interests in operating and improving Timesheet, or applicable legal obligations. Some third-party services operate internationally and may process information outside your country according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal safeguards.
14. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information we control, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. The security of information stored on your device, Google Drive or iCloud also depends on the security of those devices and accounts.
15. Children's Privacy
Timesheet is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our features, services, legal requirements or data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
17. Consent and Acceptance
By using Timesheet, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand how information is handled as described here. Where your consent is required by applicable law, Timesheet or its service providers will request it separately. This may include consent for advertising-related data processing or tracking.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Application.
